ClearSale has four teams that support the ClearSale fraud prevention process.
- The Business Analytics Team creates fraud scores, score cutoff versus chargeback rate analysis, and volume/demand analysis. They also create queues defined by fraud analysts based on store profiles and analysts’ capabilities, build reports, and make solution customizations.
- The Batch Analysis Team specializes in analyzing fraud attack patterns and behaviors in clusters of similar orders that appear to have originated from the same fraudster, or that display similar patterns of behavior.
- The Quality Assurance Team performs ongoing quality checks on fraud analysts through customer service, decision quality, etc., while also supporting promotion and compensation decisions.
- The Customer Success Team works with clients to help them understand their KPIs tracked on our dashboard.
