In our standard SLA, our guaranteed maximum review time for orders is 48 hours. This allows us ample time to contact customers about suspicious orders that require the additional follow up.
That does not apply to every order. The majority of orders will have an immediate, automatic decision. In fact, ClearSale has one of the fastest approval rates in the industry. But because we don’t auto-decline suspicious transactions, a very small portion of orders may require up to 48 hours for review.
For orders that undergo a secondary review by our experienced team of fraud analysts, we typically deliver a decision within an hour.
It’s important to note that many of our many competitors automatically decline orders that would undergo any additional review. They may have a shorter review time because those solutions auto-decline and often risk turning away valid orders that look like fraud.
