We target a 99.5% systems availability, calculated monthly. This includes our DAC/PABX, CTI, network equipment, servers and internet connection and excludes any systems and equipment that are the client’s responsibility.
Please note that our service performance excludes these situations in its calculation:
- We’ve contacted the client in advance about scheduled interruptions for system maintenance.
- Acts of God or force majeure resulting from malware or other third-party attacks render the system unavailable.
- Interruptions due to telephone service failures by the telephone utility.
