How does ClearSale prevent false declines?

Unlike most ecommerce fraud solutions, ClearSale doesn’t auto-decline suspicious orders because, on average, 90% of those orders are legitimate.

Our goal is to approve as many orders as possible, and we have the highest approval rates and lowest false decline rates in the industry.

Instead, we flag and review every suspicious order to validate whether the order is in fact fraudulent or legitimate. This ensures you can approve every legitimate order and block every fraudulent order.
