Because fraud prevention is not one-size-fits-all, we tailor our services to meet each client’s needs. As those needs grow and change, we can grow and change with them thanks to AI and machine learning.
Each order is analyzed and compared against data points and data sources such as:
- Fingerprint technology to identify computers placing transactions
- Proprietary tracking technology to monitor customer behavior within client websites
- Proxy piercing technology
- Geo-localization
- BIN tracking
- Email intelligence
- CVV verification
- Current fraud trends
- Historic client data
From there, our AI-enabled algorithm delivers a decision:
- Orders with a low fraud score are approved immediately.
- Orders that are clearly fraudulent are quarantined.
- Orders with a fraud score outside of your pre-approved threshold are considered suspicious. These orders are immediately flagged for further investigation.
Across our 6000+ client accounts, 91.3% of orders are automatically approved through this process. Approximately 8.3% of orders are flagged as suspicious and reviewed by a fraud analyst. Less than 1% of orders require further investigation.
