Yes. After orders are passed through the platform, they are scored by a segment-customized fraud score, fraud (decision tree) rules, and crossed validated with different data sources. Note that we do not use AI to auto-decline orders.
Transactions that are too suspicious for AI auto-approval undergo a secondary contextual review by our experienced fraud analysts. That’s what makes ClearSale unique.
Because we offer the benefit of the doubt to every order, transactions are never incorrectly denied outright, and no revenue is turned away without reason.
