We target a 99.5% systems availability, calculated monthly. This includes our DAC/PABX, CTI, network equipment, servers and internet connection and excludes any systems and equipment that are your responsibility.
Please note that our service performance excludes these items in its calculation:
- Scheduled interruptions for system maintenance that the contracting party has been notified about
- Acts of God or force majeure resulting from malware or other third-party attacks that render the system unavailable
- Interruptions due to failure in the supply of telephone services by the telephone utility.
