How does ClearSale prevent false declines?

ClearSale has an internal process to audit for false positives that lets us virtually eliminate false declines. Where other programs look for reasons to decline your orders, we look for reasons to approve your orders. We never automatically decline orders that are suspected of fraud. Instead, we manually review every suspicious order to validate whether the order is in fact fraudulent or legitimate. This ensures you can approve every legitimate order and block every fraudulent order. 

If a false decline does occur, clients are encouraged to share that information with our customer service team so we can re-evaluate the original decision and insert it as feedback into our system.
