ClearSale has more than 100 customized fraud models (per segment, per client, etc.) using manual review analysts who are matched to specific customer profiles. The fraud models are supported by a team of more than 50 data scientists.
ClearSale also has a proprietary behavior plugin that captures user behavior in real time. Our analysis factors in how long a consumer is on a given website before they make a purchase, which device they’re using, how they use their mouse, and so on. Merchants can also use this data to suggest rules.
All decision results (legitimate and non-legitimate transactions, together with their data) are computed back into the fraud score and fraud rules in real time.
